Jockey Beach Club is comprised of three buildings totaling 154 units built from 1982 to 1984.

They are:

• The Derby - 48 units - #101-111, 201-211 and 301-326
  Mailing address: 103 123rd Street, Ocean City, MD 21842
  Mailboxes are at the eastern end of the Building near the bike rack.
  
  
• The Preakness - 54 units - #112-123, 212-223 and 327-356
  Mailing address: 105 123rd Street, Ocean City, MD 21842
  Mailboxes are at the western end of the Building.
  
  
• The Belmont - 52 units - #124-135, 224-235 and 357-384
  Mailing address: 103 123rd Street, Ocean City, MD 21842
  Mailboxes are at the southern end of the building (with those of the Derby)
