Positions and Responsibilities

President Doug Eisenhauer

*conduct all meetings of the association
*coordinate all legal actions of the association
*coordinate all insurance claims for the association
*oversee all contracts involving the association
*maintain Vendor List for association and owners
*oversee the development of the long-range plans of the assoc.
*prepare newsletters

1st Vice President Walt Holloway

*oversee all maintenance and grounds issues/contracts
*serve as the liaison with the maintenance contractor
*assist with the long-range plans of the association
*assist in the preparation of the budget
*oversee the bike racks, parking lot, dumpsters
*oversee the boat trailer parking area of parking lot
*serve as the on-site project coordinator

2nd Vice President Larry Martin *coordinate the "Heat Check" program
*maintain a “Tenant Registry
*assist the oversight of the operation of the pool
Financial Secretary Jeff Grimes *prepare monthly financial reports (balance sheet and profit/ loss vs budget)
*coordinate the preparation of the budget
*prepare invoices – regular and delinquent
*maintain an Owner's Directory
*assist with the long-range plans of the association
Treasurer Harry Abelitis *handle the funds of the association - making deposits, writing checks, etc.
*prepare the monthly data necessary for the Financial Secretary to compile reports
*assist in the preparation of the budget
*assist with the oversight of the fire alarm system-ops, service, contracts
Secretary Jean Shufelt *keep the minutes of all meetings
*process resale/refinance certificates and documents
*distribute "New Owner" packets
*notify Financial Secretary/Treasurer of new owners
*coordinate the Spring Owner's Meeting of the association
Building Representative Glen Schech

*serve as the point of contact for "The Derby"
*assess the needs of the building via periodic inspections
*assist with the oversight of the fire alarm system
*serve as the assistant to the 1st VP for all Building issues

Building Representative Lee Cook

*serve as the point of contact for "The Preakness"
*assess the needs of the building via periodic inspections
*assist with planning the “Sunfest” Meeting
*oversee the operation of the pool

Building Representative Mark Baier

*serve as the point of contact for "The Belmont"
*assess the needs of the building via periodic inspections
*coordinate the Annual “Sunfest” Picnic Meeting
*assist with the planning of the "Springfest" Owner's Meeting
